This product I have received is not original. The capsules are broken inside and it smells awful compare to prior product I bought earlier. I had stomach upset after having this product which was never happened earlier when I used it.

It's nothing special now my body got used to the ingredients, I don't like it because its not as good as a typical cup of camomile tea/ oval-tine light or any other time of night time drinks, you will get bigger without wasting money on this product. It used to make me sleepy and I could sleep decent lengths like 5 hours minimum with my kidney issues that usually make me wake up after 2-3 hours to pee, but puts a strain on kidneys which are for me low at the moment. Perhaps it has negative effects for me personally because of my chronic kidney disease. I don't think I'll be buying this again not when its unnecessary, all you need is lift heavy weights and eat food after to get bigger, sleep comes natural when you tire your body out from exercise.Another thing I found out about the company is they sometimes use fake reviews as a selling point regardless. Look for the negative reviews for the truth behind products!

We all know the supplement industry is largely a scam. Preying on our insecurities and selling us quick fixes to 'shred fat' and a whole bunch of other garbage. And I am a sucker as well. I like to try everything cause there's a voice in my head that says "well, maybe this will work". Almost everything is beyond useless. But ZMA actually has a noticeable effect.I'm not gonna tell you that this supplement is going to change your life, or even build strength or test or whatever else it exaggerates. But it DOES help me relax and go to bed. 30-60 mins after taking this I feel noticeably drowsy and want to fall asleep. Plus there's the added bonus of having vivid dreams occasionally.If there's a better quality ZMA supp at a similar price, let me know, but for now I'll continue buying this one.

Z-MATRIX where do I start with this product. I have been taking this product for about 4 months now and I have had amazing results. My sleep is constant and deep and I wake up feeling rested without that groggy morning feeling that most wake up with. My recovery has been greatly affected by this product especially in regards to soreness as I am not feeling sore or having any sort of symptoms of doms or delayed onset muscle soreness. Which let's me work harder on every workout. So far I've lost 40lbs and I'm stronger than ever. I have nothing but good things to say about this product and I look forward to trying out other products from EVLNUTRITION. 5 STARS WOULD RECCOMEND.

I guess I’m one of the unlucky people where this actually reduced my sleep quality and made it almost impossible to fall asleep. I’m not sure which exact ingredient is responsible for this, but whenever I take this supplement before bed I’m literally up all night and cannot fall asleep until 6-7am. I took it exactly how it was directed on the bottle (before bedtime). I will experiment with taking it in the morning but not for a little while as this really messed up my sleep schedule.Be weary of using this product, it seems to effect some people very negatively and has the opposite effect than what is advertised (it acts as a stimulant for me).
