I got it for myself, after being found predaibetic recently. Also controlled my diet and avoided carbs daily along with working out regularly. Together it worked for me and now my sugar levels are normal. Got another double pack of the same after 1.5 mnths. So I believe having this precautionary medicine is not enough without proper self care, especially if diabetic.
