This is so discreet that I forget I am wearing it. I decided to test this properly and started with the weaker magnets first for a week then for the second week used one thinner & one thicker magnet which helped a little. On the 3rd week I used all the magnets and have found this to work the best for me. I wear them 24/7. It has reduced the number and severity of hot flushes, so much so that it is only very occasionally during the day and really only at night when I first go to sleep that I am aware of a mild hot flush. I was hoping that this would work for hot flushes and night sweats but NO, not at all. I used the ladyplus magnet last year and I got immediate relief. I wanted to try this as it was thinner than the ladyplus which I had lost. It came with 6 magnets and two lace strips. Instructions were awful and the magnetics keep clashing with each other. It also kep clamping my skin together when I moved which was painful when trying to prise apart. I'm still wearing it but with only two magnets. After two months, still no relief.
