I would give this product 4 stars because you have to get used to the taste. Do keep in mind it has natural sweetner STEVIA but in very minimal quantity added so I honestly can't expect much but if I were to describe the taste when added to water it would be like karela (bitter gourd) soup without salt or seasonings, definitely it is not pleasant but then all good things doesn't come easy.So if you are a Bournvita drinker or have a sweet tooth and cannot compromise on taste then add it to your fav soup (I tried with tomato soup, tasted brilliant) or sprinkle it on the food until you get a hang of it.My energy is high after taking it and it fills you up as your body is digesting and utilizing everything you just consumed.
