They are not super quality, but they are cute. I wear a 7 1/2, but ordered an 8 and they fit. I probably could have ordered my size. They are very slippy on wet floors. There is zero grip...just for looks. I love these boots more than any boots I have ever had. Wow, they fit like slippers on my feet. They are perfect for me. I have very thin ankles and calves and they are not too loose or bulky on my lower leg, I really like that. They fit comfortably and are easy to walk around in for a bulk of the day, I added in some insoles just to make sure they were good all day but I think I would have been okay without them. One thing that I want to say is that as a lady with wide calves they do not zip all the way up, but they do go most of the way leaving about an inch or an inch and a half from the top but easy to hide if you need to or you can just own it!
