We've probably all seen a million recipes for pumpkin and you need the pureed stuff. ACTUAL pumpkin, roasted and pureed is super-watery and good for nothing but soup. But this stuff is excellent for all manner of stuff, including things you may not even have thought of! For example, I use it to add extra low-calorie bulk and fibre to things like porridge, baked oats, and risottos.
