I am very satisfied with this OCEANZEN Atlantic Salmon! The fish is truly sashimi-grade, fresh, and well-packaged. The frozen shipping preserved the texture and quality perfectly. Once thawed, the salmon had a vibrant color, firm texture, and no fishy smell. It was rich in flavor and had just the right amount of fat, making it perfect for sashimi, sushi, grilling, or pan-searing.
