I never replaced a screen before and this made the process quick and easy. After watching a YouTune video, I soaked the old phone in Isopropyl rubbing alcohol, dried it, then held a blow dryer about an inch from the phone for 5 minutes and the old screen easily fell off. I also had to pour about 1-2 ounces around the battery to soak and loosen up all of the glue.
