Once you understand how these things work, you'll be off the the races. But there are lots of parts and the tamper device isn't explained at all. It wasn't until after running 200 caps that I happened upon the actual use for the tamper. I thought it was to dislodge caps! It is actually used to get more powder into the caps and I wish I'd known that before running that batch. So, this unit has a great price and marginal instructions. If you're willing to pay $5 more you'll get better instructions. You also want the later made units with the white 'fence' that's used to surround the caps while you're spreading the powdered contents. This is another step that's not explained. After you look around at different products and their instructions, you'll understand what I mean. If you're not at all mechanically inclined or handy, you might look for detailed, clear instructions. Once you understand how to use this device you'll be very happy. Amazingly fast fill!!

This is a piece of garbage. What instructions that are included are written in Chinese and very poorly translated to English. I could not get the capsules to set up correctly. I had my husband try and after almost 30 minutes of trying, he thought he had it until the entire piece of plastic popped out when he turned it over and everything spilled everywhere! Sucked to spend one hour of cleaning up turmeric from the floor, counter and clothes. Even the dog was covered in Turmeric!!! Please do not waste your time purchasing this product. Sent it back for a refund.

I'm getting really tired of this Chinese crap that Amazon is listing at high prices with no instructions and defective products. I wasted 2 hours watching YouTube videos and trying to make sense of the graphics. Wasted a whole lot of supplement. Do not waste your time, returning.

Such a pleasant surprise! I wasn't sure after reading a few of the negative reviews, but I am glad I took the gamble. The instructions are not detailed, so I found several how to videos on you tube. My first batch only took a little over 10 min. I feel like I could do it faster in the future. Overall, I highly recommend this. It sure beats the old 24 hole capsule machine I had to load manually.

I have used this over 10 times since I bought it and it works great. Once you get a hang of it you can make 100 capsules in maybe 15 minutes. This is only for a smaller size of capsule, remember that when picking which capsule machine you want. I've had zero problems with this so far and honestly this machine has changed my life for the better. You won't be disappointed!

It can be problematic getting the capsule ends to go in right side up. Once you get them then it's really quick to make a few hundred. As many as I need I couldn't do without it.

This was exactly as advertised, and it works great.It is the same or better than the other models for sale, and a lot cheaper.Also, it did come with 100 capsules, which none of the other ones come with.Highly recommended, and I would buy it again.
