I use them for jumps and the pedals are sturdy. They provide good grip so that my shoes don’t fall off. These pedals easy to install. I hit the trails and my feet were glued to the pedals. The downside is if you slip off the pedals you can hit your shin but this is preventable with shin guards. They are easy to clean, good quality and they look nice. Other pedals break when you hit jumps, but these didn’t break even when I hit an 11 foot jump. My friend had these for a long time and they didn’t break on him.
