My face was red and a little ... *by M***Y on July 18, 2018* I have very oily skin.. I used this for the first time yesterday, and today my skin is MUCH less oily! I knew it was working when I saw all the gunk on the attachment head. I started out with the lowest setting then went over again with the second setting. I used the exfoliating head which was brushing off any dead skin. The smallest oval shaped head, I used for the creases of my nose which I used on the highest setting to get better suction. My face was red and a little sore afterwards, but that subsided within maybe 20-30 minutes. I think I went a little hard on a couple spots because today I have a red mark on my cheekbone and forehead. Nothing to worry about though. I did shower before using it but I wish I had sat with a hot towel on my face for a few minutes right before. The only complaint I have about this product is that the directions that it comes with do not make any sense. I think it's broken English? So i recommend reading all the directions and descriptions that Amazon provided.
