Review: Really cool lamp, with problems… - First off, the shape and color of the lamp is beautiful. Installation is super easy too. However, after the first couple days of using, the middle touch button stops working and you can only use the remote to change the lamp. After taking the lamp apart multiple times, I’ll get it to work again, and then the touch button stops working. This thing is mounted to the wall, so I know the wires aren’t getting jostled and ruining the connection. Not sure if it’s just my lamp that has problems, or it’s the manufacturing. Also, you have to be very careful not to screw in the silver piece too much or you scratch the glass and make noticeable marks. Wish they told me that in the instructions….

A: Yes, this is normal. In high temperature firing, the glass will melt and bubbles will be formed in the process.

**Q: Is it normal that the color of the paint is not completely uniform?**
A: Manual painting requires technology and skills, it is because of these small differences, just highlight the unique value.

**Q: The lamp doesn't turn on when plug-in?**
A: When plug-in, pls kindy turn on the wire control firstly, and then use the remote control to turn on the light, or adjust the brightness and choose light mode. If you don't turn on the wire control, the light won't turn on even if by remote control.

First off, the shape and color of the lamp is beautiful. Installation is super easy too. However, after the first couple days of using, the middle touch button stops working and you can only use the remote to change the lamp. After taking the lamp apart multiple times, I’ll get it to work again, and then the touch button stops working. This thing is mounted to the wall, so I know the wires aren’t getting jostled and ruining the connection. Not sure if it’s just my lamp that has problems, or it’s the manufacturing. This lamp is eye-catching. The orange glass shade is well-crafted and gives the lamp and stylish and sophisticated appearance. When in use, the soft glow of the glass creates a cozy and relaxed ambiance. I collect art glass and have been looking for a lamp to illuminate my pieces, and this lamp is perfect!
