They are very high quality, they come carefully packaged, and include screws, washers, AND a screwdriver for installation. There are also even a few extra screws & washers included, which are such a nice touch, as any repairman would tell you. Drop a screw....where did it go??? Project on hold.... Not with this vendor. They do everything right, plus some. The functionality of these casters is over the top.....quality, strength, smooth rolling wheels, including locks. I could build a business around these quality casters! I can't wait to find more things that would be soooooo much easier on casters!! On a side note...we used these for sets on stage to be able to change sets quietly and smoothly between scenes.
