Product was sent with a manufactures defect . . . I have tried and tried to work with the seller and to no avail. Customer service has been awful and the email exchange has been nothing sort of frustrating. . . given this was a Santa gift for my 8year old - their concern / helpfulness has been downright awful - don’t ever buy anything from this company
