Product Description-Our Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni are an all-time classic at its best! The delicious and creamy filling is made from scratch in our London kitchens by cooking whole spinach leaves with a bit of garlic, and then adding fresh Ricotta cheese and Italian grated cheese. Our pasta is made using a blend of selected Italian 00 and Durum Wheat flours, and feature a high egg content (28%) for better, more consistent cooking. Tortelloni are hand-folded one by one. Try them with pesto for an authentic Italian dining experience! -2 stars Great Taste Awards 2015Cooking InstructionHob - From Ambient. Bring 2 litres of water and a pinch of salt to the boil in a large pot. (You will need 2 litres for every 250g of pasta). Add the pasta and cook for 3 - 4 minutes for fresh pasta, or 4 - 5 minutes for frozen pasta. Drain and serve with parmesan and olive oil, or with your favourite sauce. StorageKeep refrigerated below 5C. Once opened consume within 3 days. Suitable for home freezing.
