**Q: can they be or should not be frozn**
A: Yes, this type of packaging of country ham can be frozen or kept in the refrigerator at least six months and, either way, still taste delicious when served.

**Q: Does this product need to be refrigerated?**
A: No! It's salt cured, so it doesn't need to be refrigerated. I think that it does need to be refrigerated after opening, but there would be some instruction about that on the package (which I no longer have) :)

If you're looking for country ham and you're not living in the southern United States, this is the real deal. It is salty, follow the directions to soak off some of the salt if that's an issue for you. It's tasty, well packaged, and delicious
