It lived a long time and I really love this device! *by R***H on August 6, 2021* I have use this device faithfully for many years now it’s 2021 and I have been using it since I bought it. It just died on me and I am going to replace it with the same brand. My best advice is make sure you use it as directed. Soak your skin! Take a bath getting nice and hydrated before you use it. I keep a mister with me in case I dry out with purified water and aloe. I use Tend Skin Solution after. Not just on these areas, but any place you pluck or wax/remove hair.
