Women also need testosterone, just in smaller amounts than men and Akarali Tongkat Ali is dosed specifically for women so that you get just what you need and not too much. The pills themselves are well packaged, and so no complaints on that front. I didn't see anything that looked bad or smelled bad, so pretty sure the supplement is good enough for what it is. My wife also had no negative reactions to it, so would also point that out too. I'd give these 4/5 stars just because my wife reported no difference when taking them and I didn't see any difference really in her motivation for exercise or in her pushing herself further. I've personally taken some high quality Tongkat Ali and I do notice a difference, and while I get this is more intended to be a lower dose for women, I'd expect to have seen some type of effect by the third week which didn't happen. Supplements are weird to be honest, some things work for some people and others don't. In this case, my wife didn't see any difference, but she also didn't take it for more than a month either. Sometimes supplements need longer time too, so I can't say that this won't work for you or others, and there was nothing that indicated quality issues either. I'd therefore not recommend based on what my wife saw, but again your mileage may vary and for some this probably does work, it just didn't for my wife.

Haven’t used long enough to see any lasting results and can’t say that Pills are easy to swallow and the ingredients are good.
