Thanks** A: Not on this model. On the next size up you can do that and it comes with a mouthpiece as well (the blue model) but this size (yellow) is specifically to be used with the face mask. Well made and well priced this is a vital item for anyone who has an asthmatic child. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well. *by C***A on 31 March 2022* I ordered this to replace my sons expired spacer as it was the same. This is the perfect size for my 3 year old, I dare say it would also be suitable for older children as it fits my face snuggly too, thanks to the curved lip around the mouthpiece. Only issue is that some times the flap on the filter that indicates exhalation sticks.
