I love to mix it in my morning oatmeal or smoothie bowls, it adds a mild berry flavor and a slight pink tint. I tried it also in drinks and teas.The powder itself dissolves well (maybe better in oatmeal than drinks) as long as it's... powder. My main issue it this product is that no matter how or where I store it, it basically clumps rock hard almost instantly. Nothing like this happens with my other pantry items. Each time I want to use it I have to scrape powder from the hard clumps.Otherwise, the bag is quite sturdy, reseals well each time.
