## Overview

Aviation American Gin is a 42% ABV Western Dry Gin from Portland, Oregon, crafted with a unique blend of 11 botanicals including juniper, cardamom, lavender, and two types of orange peel. Designed with cocktails in mind, it offers a balanced, full-bodied flavor profile with earthy spices and subtle floral notes. Perfect for classic cocktails like the Aviation or a refined G&T, this 70cl bottle combines premium quality, smoothness, and an elegant presentation ideal for gifting or elevating your home bar.

## Description

Product Description A collaboration between craft distiller, Portland’s House Spirits, and acclaimed bartender Ryan Magarian - Aviation American Gin has been created specifically with cocktails in mind. A pioneer of the ‘New Western Dry’ style of gin now gaining popularity, Aviation American Gin has a unique recipe, focussing on a ‘Botanical Democracy’ rather than the standard, dictatorial influence of juniper. Therefore, Aviation American Gin is a renegade, regional style of gin- completely different from all other gins on the market. Full bodied, with a weighty mouth feel and rich flavour profile, Aviation American Gin makes the perfect base for cocktails, including the Aviation cocktail first created in the early 1900’s - the cocktail after which we named our gin. Review: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptionally Smooth and Perfectly Balanced Gin - Aviation American Gin is a truly impressive spirit — smooth, refined, and beautifully balanced from start to finish. At 42% ABV, it has just the right strength to deliver depth and warmth without overpowering the palate. Each sip reveals a clean blend of juniper, lavender, cardamom, and subtle citrus, creating a crisp, modern gin that’s both distinctive and versatile. Whether enjoyed neat, in a classic gin and tonic, or as the base for cocktails like a Negroni or martini, it performs exceptionally well. The botanical mix feels carefully crafted — nothing too sharp, nothing too floral — just a perfectly balanced profile that makes it a pleasure to drink. Considering the quality and craftsmanship, this 70cl bottle represents excellent value for money. It easily rivals more expensive premium gins, both in taste and presentation. The elegant bottle design adds a sophisticated touch, making it a great addition to any home bar or as a gift for gin lovers. If you’re looking for a gin that offers premium quality, satisfying strength, and genuine value, Aviation American Gin is a top choice. Smooth, aromatic, and effortlessly enjoyable — a true modern classic. 🍸
Review: Good brand, great taste. - This seems to have disappeared from a lot of supermarkets recently and desertcart is the only place to buy it. I would buy this at the normal retail price but when on offer it’s great. As for the gin- very clear liquid, smooth, nice strong taste and aroma; great neat with ice and not drowned out with any additions ( personal choice).
