If you're serious about calorie counting, these are a great idea. Ok they're not your buttery salty mini cheddar BUT if you want a savoury snack that actually fills a little gap, these are fine. Slimfast diet with shake for breakfast, shake for lunch with a pack of these, fruit in the afternoon, lowish calorie meal in the evening and a slimfast choc bar as additional snack, I started losing weight. If you're strict with the snacks you have, it's much easier.
