The controls are easy to operate. One issue I have is first turning it on since the screen is empty and the buttons are unlit when powered down. I recommend putting as little sticker next to the stop button as that is the best button to tap to power it back on. The other issue is the hand rails for me tend to hit my hands when I walk since I'm not on the tallest side. You can learn to control you hands, but something to be aware of. That doesn't bother me much. I generally to 20-30 minute sessions at low speeds 3-4Mhz, and it is a very comfortable to walk on. It is not loud, and the motion is smooth. I've used to bluetooth functionality to connect my treadmill to VR to go on virtual walks since this supports FTMS. Are they intentionally crippling it, or is there an issue with not having access to terrain data? This would have been a killer feature on a free app! I wish the folding deck could be folded a bit higher. I think it's due to the way the hydraulic support for the deck lift is attached. And, of course, you have to fold it to move the treadmill. - This is HEAVY! almost 200 lbs., and it's wide. But with the deck not folding "flatter" vertically, it makes moving it around difficult.
