- Ergonomic ABS handle - an integrated full tang handle filled with ABS endows the handle with well balance. It is fixed and stabilized with rivets through tang to increase the safety. Repeated finish to ensure the handle is comfortable to grip.
- Ultra sharp blade edge - unique wet sharpening craftsmanship prevents the edge metallographic structure from phase change and keeps the edge sharp for quiet a long time and is easy to be sharpened. The former part of the blade is for slicing, the latter part is for chopping
