I'm pretty much desperate at this point to ease the pain and discomfort in my eyes so I thought i had to try it. I admit I was a little skeptical of the pieces that go around the ears. Didn't seem like they'd hold up during usage. I was worried for no reason. They fit perfectly and didn't cause any movement or discomfort. I put the mask on and laid down. Within seconds, the mask started to heat up. Not too hot, but was comfortably warm. I could instantly feel the warmth and my eyes starting to. As the minutes wore on, my eyes felt better than they had in years. No burning, no itching, no grittiness. Just pure bliss. It felt so good and I was so relaxed, I actually fell asleep lol. It does state on the box it can help with insomnia and migraines. Both of which I also suffer greatly from. So falling asleep was just an added extra bonus for me. I am looking forward to trying it out when I get a migraine. The lavender scent was very mild and not overbearing. I'm not big on lavender at all and it was pretty pleasant actually. Over all, this was one of the best items I've gotten off Amazon in a long time. I will have to limit my usage as there's only 10 in a box. But I will definitely purchase these again!!
