I couldn't figure out why I was so itchy there. I tried a couple different OTC creams and none of them worked. I decided to get this stuff and within the 1st use I experienced relief. Within 2 weeks my symptoms were completely gone and not re occurring. It feels kinda like an intense icy hot on your groin area. It can be a bit uncomfortable if you over spray so start slow. It's a very intense cooling that destroys any desire to itch. If you are experiencing jock itch I highly recommend this product.
