I use these leaders regularly for nymphing with my 9ft 5 weight. No issues. Great price. Also work fine when switching to dry flies. For the price they can’t be beat.

These things have been a life-saver for me as a fly angler. The most common set up I fish with is a 5x tapered leader and 4/5/6x tippet, so these are a perfect fit. I've had other leaders that seemed brittle or that broke easily, but these are very strong and I haven't had any break. They also seem to hold knots really well. Since I switched to these, if/when I break off, it is almost always breaking close to the fly. I've been using them for almost a year and with this price, I don't see myself using a competing product anytime soon.
