This now deceased vacuum cleaner would only run for 3 minutes and it was a tossup who would die first , the vacuum cleaner or me racing through the house before my 3 minutes were up. After much research to find a quality vacuum cleaner in my price range I chose the Tineco 505. Things I really like about it are the longevity of the battery, the small motorized brush to get into tight places, and especially the green light that shows every piece of hair and dirt on the floors. 2 things I am not crazy about is that I have a very large washable rug with virtually no pile, that the vacuum just doesn't work on. Ideally there should be a way to turn down the suction power so this wouldn't be a problem. The second thing I would change is the placement of the plug on the battery pack. It is on the bottom, and I can't really get the cord right when it is in the wall holding unit. I think this is a great vacuum cleaner, in the moderate price range.
