**Q: What is the difference between bulgarian starter culture for traditional yogurt and the bio yogurt culture?**
A: Hello Dear Kathy , the starter culture for traditional yogurt content only Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus / in proportion 50/50 / Bio yogurt starter culture content Lactobacillus bulgaricus , Streptococcus thermophilus  and is enriched with Bifidobacterium complex , the final product is more liquid.there is a difference in the preparation steps / bio yogurt - 8-10 hours without stirring at 37-39°C. ; traditional -  8-10 hours without stirring at 42-45°C /Best regards

**Q: I made this started with 1litre of milk and did put one capsule. Did everything as instructed but it didn't work. What to do?**
A: Hello Dear  Brooklyn College,Thank you for your question, I would also like to thank all the customers for their accurate answers. One capsule  is  for min 1 liter and max 2 liters. There is two very important steps of preparation of yogurt:First step: When you pour the starter culture, you must stir it very well for a 2-3 minutes using electric mixer or egg beater.Second step: It is very important to keep a constant temperature which is different for every kind of culture. Every culture is very sensitive from temperature change through the incubation time.  Bulgarian Tradition Yogurt is thermophilic and need constant temperature 42-45°C. degree, but no more 50°C degrees C, because the starter culture may die. You must use a yogurt maker or thermos. In case you use yoghurt maker follow the applied instruction. Unfortunately some kind of yogurt makers may overheat even most thermophilic (growing best in a warm environment) starter cultures.The quality of the final product depends on the fresh milk used as a source. If the result does not meet your expectation - use another brand of milk.To ensure a good quality of your homemade yogurt, the milk you use must be free from preservatives, antibiotics and other additives. Do not use milk which contains milk powder or vegetable fats. Use only organic milk. Our recommendation - to obtain a stable quality and safe product is best to use ultra-pasteurized milk in aseptic packaging which meets the requirements of industrial sterility.NB. The incubation time must be 8-10 hours, but if does not work/ if the yogurt is still liquid/  please follow the next steps: pour the milk again and leave it for more 4-6 hours.
