We got this to help with that at night and honestly it has helped so much. The problems we had with it are it is waaayy too small. My daughter is 7 and it barely fits on her. This is more for a toddler's head. We ended up cutting the elastic off of it to stretch it further. The second issue we had with it is it gave her a rash under her chin. I don't know if it's the plastic or maybe because it's so small, but we had to stop using it because it got to be too bad just after a week or so. We are trying out different ones, but we can definitely see a difference in her breathing and face shape just after a few weeks with it!
