I had first purchased this item about over a year ago and i loved it from the beginning. Due to the normal wear and tear of wearing it everyday some of the crystals had came loose and fallen off. So i bought it again thinking it would just as good as the previous one except this one has made my wrist green, only given two stars as disappointed with item.

This is a lovely looking bracelet and easily adjusted to size. My only complaint is that the catch is tenacious! [It won't let go!!]. It is very fiddly but I'll be using it for functions rather than everyday use, so that doesn't matter. Thank you.

Wasn’t sure what this would be like but it’s great I use it everyday no tarnishing or scratches on it . Looks great . Easy to put on . The only down fall the catch is sometimes hard to open but overall lovely item

Purchased 1 gold and 1 silver as part of a xmas present so it's unopened for now but looks good through the front of the packaging. It even comes with a link removing tool to get the perfect fit.

This looks great, as you can take out the links it fits well. My only criticism is the catch is quite fiddley and when you're in a hurry and trying t do it up can be annoying.

When received strap was a bit small , requested some extra links and I’m still waiting , poor customer service, very disappointed

I love this product - Fitbit looks beautiful - the strap it came with was horrible
