My Granddaughter is 2 and can reach the pedals with no problem. Nice colours and the adult steering bar is a bonus but the child does need to be able to pedal and there is no way to lock the pedals so that you can just push the child . The child also need to be able to steer with the handlebars as again these can't be locked.
