I can charge both my phone and watch and there is plenty of power to charge both to full. it seems well built and I did not notice that it got hot. I got it on sale and I felt like it was good price considering its a power bank with apple charger. The display is good to see how much power you are using and how much is left. I do want to note that it takes a few minutes before it start charging full speed to the Apple Watch.
