Both times I've got a wonderful customer service. My package was arrived well packed with detailed itemized bill with it. Also the seller sent email to verify if I have experience any difficulties with the order and if I am satisfied with service.Now about the product I purchased. This is a wonderful product that I've ever used. I usually travel through the southern states and Caribbean Islands, during my trip my face and arms get so dark. This soap usually takes those dark spots away within the first two weeks. I usually apply the soap on my face and arms for about 5-8 minutes then wash it off with cold water and do this at least twice a day. Its stings little bit, but it works very well. It cleared the marks on my skin very well but I found that I need to keep using it everyday for it to be very effective. But since I have sensitive skin, It burns and leaves red spots if left on for a long time and it's hard for me use it everyday. I usually leave it on for a minute or so and I rinse it off. I use it for 4 days a week and the other 3 days I use an ordinary soap.
