It neither works for bruxism and I very highly doubt it works for snoring. Super uncomfortable and literally impossible to wear. In my case it was excessive postnasal dripping. I tried nose strips and drops before, however they did not work for me.As the last resort I bought anti-snoring aid mouthpiece, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first night, it completely eliminated my snoring and dramatically improved the quality of sleep as I was breathing freely for the first time in decades. The device works by aligning the lower jaw with the upper jaw, which effectively opens up the airway passage even when you are relaxed during the sleep. This alignment allows mucus to pass through rather than staying in the throat, thereby eliminating snoring.Adjusting the mouthpiece to get the perfect fit did require some effort. It took me about five attempts of melting it in hot water and molding it to my mouth before it fitted comfortably. The mouthpiece features holes that allow the upper and lower parts to be connected, you can use different holes to align them according to your jaw structure. While this process requires some patience, the result is worth the effort.A minor maintenance point to note is that the mouthpiece needs to be washed every day to keep it clean and hygienic.Overall, I highly recommend this anti-snoring aid.
