A step up from previous shoes I've bought on the net - proper orthotic shoes that don't cost the earth or make me look disfigured. A trainer that has orthotic arch supports, shoes that have overnight transformed the way I walk to something much more to my liking. Sizing is spot on - I did use measurement guide very carefully. Was surprised a size 40 for a UK 6 as usually a size 39 - but if you stick to the measurements on the manufacturers guide it will be correct. For someone with wide feet these are brilliant. Place where I work has ordered me 3 pairs of shoes - one I can't get on, one rubs my toes raw and the 3rd pair gives me knee pain. These shoes do none of these and keep your foot in the correct alignment for knees and back.
