After a few days I skipped using the drops during the night feeds and low and behold he started to be in pain with his tummy again. We are now using at every feed although I have to admit that I often put the drops directly onto my nipple before a feed and we are still see good results as hand expressing onto a spoon isn't always convenient. Tonight he went to sleep no tears and no fuss when previously we would be pacing up and down whilst he fretted or he 'd be crying at the breast with milk going everywhere.
