This is a great multivitamin but when I had a blood test, by B12 levels were way too high. I checked the label on this and it's no wonder!! It has a ridiculous amount of B12. Might be good for someone who is low.

These pills does an excellent job. They meet up where my diet stops off. And to those who tries to dissolve pills in water, to check the "dissolve test," check your elementary school notes. Your stomach contains acids to break down everything...not just water.
