Not good
Sorry but this product doesn't work. It just pulls the skin. Gets the feather stuck between and it stops working.

useful accessory, makes things faster
this works surprisingly well and made processing the birds a lot easier. It does not entirely replace the need to pull a few tough areas by hand but it was really nice to get the bulk of it done an easier way. I found that its also helpful do do a hot dunk to open up the pores a bit too

Plucks
This product is fairly good! My only complaint is that it is that is too heavy for the wrist. I have to use this product to get rid of little black feathers from chickens and although it works well, i wish it was a little bit lighter for the wrist especially if you have more than one chicken to clean.

Doesn't really pluck a full chicken or duck
You'll need to pluck it down to the baby feathers before this works. Tried it on chicken and duck. Full feathers get stuck and jam it up within seconds. You have to pluck the whole bird and only use this at the end for the tiny lil leftover feathers that remain.

Does not work too great.
It works ok on the pin feathers but it tends to pull the skin and bind up and it does not work at all on whole feathers. I am too lazy to send it back.

Easy to use and fast!
I'm really impressed by this plucker! It's just exhausting removing down feathers from a goose. It takes a long time and is so hard on your hands, even with manual tools. This tool was ready to use right out of the box and was easy to master. What used to take hours now takes a fraction of the time and it does a better job than I managed in the past. The only thing you need to master is getting the skin pulled tightly so that you don't accidentally tear it. Thank you for making such a useful product! You have saved my hands and back a lot of pain.

Didn't work for me
Maybe I just dont know how to use these things. Try using them on some geese. Didnt really work at all. Just kept wraping the feathers around the rods. Maybe they would work on a dry bird but I had scalded mine.
