**Q: Does it run with a built-in battery ?**
A: NO, it is not a battery-operated clock, this LED clock requires a 5V/1A plug-in USB-A adapter to run, the Adapter NOT included! Please purchase a regular compliant 5V/1A adapter separately, which made by professional legitimate manufacturers.

**Q: Why is it NOT a wireless clock with battery-operated ?**
A: The clock isn't wireless, which comes with a 3m plug-in USB-A power cord and requires AC adapter to run. If using batteries, it will run out quickly due to bright LED light, batteries are consumables, and considering cost, our design made trade-offs.

**Q: Why does it freeze, flicker, or hum during use or changing brightness ?**
A: An unstable or incompatible power adapter can't provide enough current and support normal working. Please try to replace a regular compliant 5V/1A adapter made by professional legitimate manufacturers.

**Q: The remote control does not work, how to fix ?**
A: 1. Please remove the transparent battery insulation sheet in the bottom of the remote control. 2. Please aim at the infrared sensor on the bottom of the clock, when operating the remote. Note: The effective distance is within about 3.5 meters.

**Q: How do I stop the time separator from blinking ?**
A: Just press the RIGHT arrow button > on the remote control, to have the time separator stop or flash.

The wood style of this digital clock brings a really neat aesthetic. With the light brown wood and white lights (and 3 different brightness levels), this looks great in our office. It has a simple, pleasant beeping sound for its alarm, but I don't plan to use that since we rely on our smart devices for that these days. I do like that it displays the date, time and temperature and has a mode to rotate between them. It has a convenient remote if we choose to hang this up somewhere that allows for controlling all the main functions. Overall, this clock has just the right amount of functionality, has a unique and attractive design.
