not powdery, no bad smell
SOOOOOOO much better than the skinny ones. easy/fast on and off and no possible way of rolling. i was worried they would be too short (11 inch instead of the normal 12), but they are ok on my knees. they are really strong though!! i would say compared to regular they are heavy, extra heavy, and xxheavy. that's fine though, thankfully i'm at the heavy level now. the "jessie's girls" wording i do not like. it's annoying to read that during workouts. lol. i'm going to see if i can scratch it off or just black it out. it would be better to have the resistance level written somewhere. the bag is worthless and a waste of money, i would have much preferred to pay a few dollars less. too expensive, but the only wide one's i found, so, whatever. i think i will be happy with them long term.

Top Knotch Bands
I absolutely love these bands. I’ve used a lot of different kinds. I love these ones because they don’t cut into your quad muscle while you’re doing you’re workout and they stay in place. I feel that all 3 strengths are really good ones for getting a well rounded workout too and something to build up more as well. Definitely would buy more of these.

Work better than narrow bands
I love that these bands are wider than most similar bands that you can buy for glute exercises. The extra with keep them from rolling up on you and adds more resistance.
