This happened right out of the boxβ€”on the very first attempt to use the product. I followed all instructions carefully, and yet I’m now left with a brand-new device that I can’t even wear properly.This is absolutely not the experience I anticipated from a company that markets itself on performance, innovation, and quality. I feel incredibly let down, and quite honestly, regretful about my purchase.I attached and sent a picture to Whoop’s team of my hand’s injury while tried to remove the strap.
