But later realised it is a combination lock and customs have a special key that will unlock most suitcases. Although personally I think the key hole defeats the purpose of the combination lock.. if ever customs has possibly more than one key what would stop someone copying and selling them... **Q: what is the initial code to unlok?** A: If im correct and still remember then it is 000. **Q: The wheels look flimsy! any comments from users?** A: The wheels are much stronger than they look. Haven't had a problem, but it is a fear.
