In the past i have had a weighted hoop and it left my bruised and I've had a hoop too light and impossible to work with that is why i chose this with a bit of weight to itI'm pleased to say i have used for a fortnight every day now in my morning routine of exercise and it is comfortable as it has padding the correct weight and easy to use.
