It’s crappy. The foam is not connected, see pic 1 and 2. And the sections couldn’t lock well, they fell apart twice within my five minutes trial, and we’re sure we assembled it correctly, see pic three. I’ll ask for a return. Not Prime, took two days to deliver.

First bloke review? Anyway I love it - started hula hooping at the End of the Road festival in the Circus Skills workshop and it really sorted out 'camping stiff back / festival standing round stiff back for me'. Takes a bit of getting used to this bigger heavier hoop i.e. you need to change your position slightly from a lighter hoop. But once you get used to it, it's a fun work out - and quite hard work! Assembles easily

Never been able to hula hoop before in my life. Heard from a friend about weighted hoops being much easier to use good exercise and decided to give it a go. Took a lot of practice and perseverance, and was covered in bruises for a couple of weeks as the weights REALLY hurt until you get used to them. But I can now hula hoop with this (though not with a normal light weight one) and have lost some weight so it's been well worth the price and effort. No pain, no gain
