It is rich of fiber and mucilages that have very positive effect on work of the digestive system, it stimulates bowel function and eliminates constipation. Fiber speeds up bowel and digestive system cleansing of toxins, which is beneficial for the health of the whole body. When mixed with fluid, it will form a soft gel or mucilage and swell in the stomach causing a feeling of fullness. Vital Natural Fibre is designed to help maintain the efficient functioning of the digestive system. It encourages regular bowel movements by providing natural fibre, and eliminate constipation. Directions for use: 2 teaspoons add into a glass, pour lukewarm water and mix it. Wait for approx. 3-5 minutes then stir and drink. Follow this with further glass of water. Take twice a day, 15-30 minutes before meals. Do not exceed stated dose. While using - drink more water, at least 2 litres per day. Store in a dry place at room temperature in a properly closed containers. Warnings and Cautions: Please consult a doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking any medications. Any medication should be taken one hour prior to consuming this product. Not intended for use by children under the age of 9. Do not use in the following cases: digestive system obstruction, difficulty swallowing, bowel obstructions, diabetes. This product should not be used by people who are allergic to any of its ingredients. Do not use at night.
