So, I noticed that if I drink this first thing in the morning I get an upset stomach and feel as if I have to throw up. I made the mistake and took this with my vitamins and forget about it, I was so sick. However, if I eat something and drink this no issue whatsoever. I tend to drink this in the evening. Now, I did indeed notice a difference in many ways, much more focused, more energetic, my skin feels and looks better. I especially feel stronger and less exhausted after a long day at work. I can't compare this to any other similar product because this is my first time trying this kind of shake. This is for people who really don't eat vegetables, but I will say this, if you are detoxing and begin drinking this, it will do wonders for your body. This has also given me a taste to eat salads which is great. This is so simple to use, place in a shaker and just shake away for 10 seconds. I have one shake a day and I see a major difference, just be careful not to take supplements that offer the same kind of vitamins that this offers, because it will make you sick.
