It really it just a mask with a coat hanger for arms. It's not worth the money - but once it's hanging in the tree - it's cool. I like that she is lightweight, which will make her easy to pack away, yet the dress part is long so if you place it close enough to the floor and add feet it will look like it's standing; but hanging it gives it that spooky floating look. And her hands and arms are just stiff enough where you can move them into position and they will stay.
