I wrapped it in a pee pad and put it in a pillowcase and tucked into the couch cushion. It's the perfect solution for a couple of problems. Review: Don't overinflate it - These worked well for us, but you do have to make sure you don't overinflate. We had a pre-inflated waffle cushion from a hospital stay so we knew how it was supposed to feel. It's very easy to overinflate--the hospital one felt like it was underinflated, but it worked a LOT better (relieved the pressure and pain better). So if it doesn't feel like it's comfortable, try letting some air out! (you have to pinch the inlet nozzle while squeezing the cushion to release air).

I was reluctant about these, but the doctor suggested them to relieve pressure from the skin. They work. Very reasonably priced. Annoying to inflate, but not bad. Worth it. UPDATE: These do work but every one of them leaks air after a couple of months and then they are useless. Unfortunate.
