My favorite part of this set is the over the door hook. It makes it so much easier to do my physical therapy exercises with that instead of putting a knot in bands and closing the door on them. It's a bit of a guessing game for which bands to use, as I didn't want to keep pulling up the description on the website to see which weights they were. But, once that's figured out, it's easy. These are not TRX bands!! They're stretchy, so don't get these thinking you can do TRX stuff with them. The carrying bag is a nice size to keep everything nice and tidy.
